1 pt. oysters
3 eggs, hardboiled
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/4 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Put oysters through food chopper using fine knife.
Also put egg whites through food chopper.
Combine eggs yolks with butter, rubbing to a paste.
Place this in sauce pan; add oysters, salt and pepper.
Boil only 2-3 minutes.
Add bread crumbs, leaving out enough bread crumbs to cover top of oysters.
Fill oyster shells or baking dish with oyster mixture.
Cover top with melted butter and toasted bread crumbs.
Place in oven to brown and serve immediately.
